Kentucky Drivers Reminded to Plan Safe Rides, ‘Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over’ Continues Through New Year’s Day

FRANKFORT, KY – To keep roadways as safe as possible throughout the holidays, law enforcement in Kentucky is joining the nationwide “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” campaign Dec. 13, 2023 through Jan. 1, 2024. 

To raise awareness and kickoff the campaign, state and national highway safety officials joined together for a press conference Wednesday at the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC).

WASHINGTON DC (Wednesday, December 13, 2023) - Moyad Dannon, 25, of Fishers, Indiana, was sentenced today to 200 months, equivalent to 16 years and eight months, in federal prison followed by a lifetime of supervised release, after pleading guilty to attempting to provide material support or resources, namely, firearms, to a designated foreign terrorist organization.
