Polk County, FL - The Office of Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd is reporting that 160 people were arrested by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) Vice Unit during a seven-day undercover human trafficking operation, “Fall Haul 2,” which began on Tuesday, August 30, 2022.

LEXINGTON, KY — The U.S. Attorney’s Office Eastern District of Kentucky is reporting that the United States Attorney’s Office has announced that Lifestyle Resumption Integrative Health ( “Lifestyle Resumption”), a chiropractic clinic located in Fort Mitchell, Ky., and its owner, Klaude Kocan, D.C., have agreed to pay $200,000 to resolve allegations that they violated the False Claims Act, by improperly billing Medicare for services involving electro-acupuncture devices.

COLUMBIA, KY – The Kentucky State Police (KSP) held its annual sworn awards ceremony in Lexington to honor 75 Troopers and Officers who put on a uniform each day to patrol Kentucky’s neighborhoods with a mission of serving and protecting their fellow citizens. The achievement awards presented were for acts of bravery and service that occurred in 2021.

COVINGTON, KY - The U.S. Attorney’s Office Eastern District of Kentucky is reporting that the former administrative manager for the City of Covington Public Works Department, Allison Donaldson, 49, of Covington, was indicted by a federal grand jury, on four counts of wire fraud and three counts of aggravated identity theft.
