The federal government, including the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), has become increasingly aggressive in imposing its political will on states, often in a way that is misaligned with local needs. As a result, many states, including ours, risk losing control over a key pillar of our economy.

Clay County, Kentucky Men Sentenced for Kidnapping

LONDON, KY – Two Manchester, Ky., men, Kenneth Ray Grubb, 33, and Landon Wagers, 19, were sentenced on Monday, by U.S. District Judge Claria Horn Boom, to 112 months and 84 months in prison, respectively, for kidnapping.
