LONDON, KY - The Laurel County Sheriff's Office is reporting that: Sheriff John Root along with Sheriff's detectives, deputies, and K-9 teams arrested 17 individuals overnight on Wednesday July 22, 2020 following the continuing "War on Drugs" that Sheriff Root pledged that his office would continually conduct.
