LONDON, Ky. – A Letcher County Middle School teacher, Charles Evans Hall Jr., was sentenced on Tuesday, February 22, 2022, to 370 months in federal prison, by U.S. District Judge Claria Horn Boom, for production of child pornography and cyberstalking a student.

LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's K-9/shift Sgt. Gary Mehler along with Deputy Travis Napier and Deputy Dustin Saylor arrested Charles Marcum age 70 of London on Wednesday afternoon February 23, 2022 at approximately 2:30 PM.
