MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at approximately 10:15 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Kendric Smith arrested Justin Mann, 32 of Sizemore Cemetery Road.

PIPPA PASSES, KY – The Kentucky State Police is reporting that on Thursday, April 14, 2022, at approximately 5:52 A.M, KSP Post 13, Hazard received a call of a vehicle in the ditch off the roadway around the 7 mile marker on Highway 899 in the Pippa Passes community of Knott County.
