HARLAN, KY - The Kentucky State Police Post 10 detectives have arrested 28 year old Matthew D. Clutts of Evarts, in connection with the death of Sarah Jane Whitaker.

Chris Edwards along with Sheriff's detectives and deputies arrested four individuals on Blackwater Church Road approximately 11 miles east of London on Tuesday afternoon May 25, 2021 at approximately 2:40 PM.
