PIKEVILLE, KY – Two Lovely, Kentucky men, Sherman Jude, 73, and Johnathon Jude, 40, were sentenced Tuesday by U.S. District Judge Robert Wier, for violations of the Lacey Act, regarding ginseng purchases and required record keeping. Sherman Jude received two years of probation with a $30,000 fine. Johnathan Jude received one-year probation with a $1,500.00 fine.

LEXINGTON, KY—Prince Bixler, 41, of Lexington, Kentucky, was sentenced Wednesday by U.S. District Court Judge Robert E. Wier to 36 years in prison followed by 10 years of supervised release and ordered to pay $333,100 in restitution to three sex trafficking victims.
