LONDON, Ky. – A former Rockcastle County Deputy Jailer, Derek Steven Clark, 25 ,was sentenced to 39 months in federal prison on Thursday, before U.S. District Court Judge Claria Horn Boom, for violating the civil rights of an inmate in his custody.

LONDON, Ky. - Jake Messer, 37, and George Oscar Messer, 61, of Rockholds, Kentucky were indicted by a federal grand jury sitting in London on Thursday, on federal kidnapping charges.

Phillips age 25 of Darst Street Stanford, KY on Wednesday afternoon November 18, 2020 at approximately 3:26 PM.

PIKEVILLE, KY – An investigation that started in the fall of 2018 has led to the federal indictment of Eugene Sisco III. Sisco is the owner of several rehabilitation facilities in Pike, Floyd and Harlan Counties, who since 2016 is alleged to have been illegally charging patients cash for services that were covered by Medicaid and fraudulently billing Medicaid.

Grace Health was recently awarded a grant from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) in the amount of $790,400 through their Distance Learning and Telemedicine (DLT) Grant Program, administered by the Rural Utilities Service (RUS).
