LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Lieut./Accident Reconstructionist Chris Edwards along with sheriff’s detectives and deputies are investigating a single vehicle single fatal traffic crash which occurred on Langnau Road, approximately 8 miles east of London on Friday afternoon August 28, 2020 at approximately 12:23 PM.

ELKRIDGE, MD (August 28, 2020) – A suspected impaired driver was shot and fatally wounded by a Maryland state trooper early today as the driver dragged the trooper along I-95 while attempting to flee a traffic stop in Howard County.
