Clay County, Ky. (October 30, 2019) - The clay County Sheriff's Office is reporting that: On Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at approximately 5:00 PM Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson and Deputy Cody Blackwell arrested Donna Keen, 38 of Arrowhead Court.
The arrest occurred when the above mentioned subject called Clay County 911 stating that she needed emergency help because she had been shot in the head multiple times.
Upon arrival responding units came into contact with the subject who had clearly not been shot numerous times.
Donna Keen was charged with:
