Laurel County, Ky. (December 17, 2017) - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Hunter Disney along with Deputy James Fox arrested Mark Collins age 51 of Manchester on Saturday night December 14, 2019 at approximately 8:05 PM.
The arrest occurred on Johnson Road approximately 2 miles east of London after deputies were dispatched to a complaint of a male subject walking on the roadway.
When deputies arrived at the scene and located this subject they noted that he could barely stand and had extremely slurred speech and was determined through investigation to be under the influence.
Mark Collins was charged with:
- Public intoxication – controlled substances
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
