HODGENVILLE, KY — Hodgenville PD reports that: On Thursday, April 24th, 2025, at 9:15 pm, the Hodgenville Police Department responded to an address on Fairview Dr. in Hodgenville in an attempt to serve an outstanding warrant.
The investigation led to the location of two wanted individuals, not related to the original suspect.
Units observed Kenneth Sareyka operating a vehicle that had not been transferred and with a suspended license. He also had an outstanding warrant through Hardin County for:
- DRUG TRAFFICKING
While arranging for his vehicle to be released, contact was made with Mr. Sareyka's wife, identified as Kimberly Carol Sareyka, age 35. She was also wanted for drug trafficking and was arrested. During that arrest, she was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Kimberly Sareyka is charged with:
- POSS CONT SUB 1ST DEG, 1ST OFF (METHAMPHETAMINE)
- DRUG PARAPHERNALIA - BUY/POSSESS
Both individuals were lodged in the Larue County Detention Center.
Kenneth Gustav Sareyka, age 38 was transferred to the Hardin County Detention Center on Friday, April 25, 2025 and booked into the facility at 10:30:00 AM.
Kenneth Sareyka is charged with:
- TRAFF IN CONT SUB, 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFF - (< 2 GMS METHAMPHETAMINE)
- TRAF IN MARIJUANA ( LESS THAN 8 OZ.) 1ST OFF
- DRUG PARAPHERNALIA - BUY/POSSESS
This individual is currently lodged in the Hardin County Detention Center, held on a $75,000.00 cash bond with a court appearance scheduled for May 9, 2025 at 1:15PM.
