MANCHESTER, KY (August 13, 2020) - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on August 13, 2020 at approximately 7:45 Am Clay County Chief Deputy Clifton Jones along with Deputy Paul Michael Whitehead arrested Robert Brandon Gray, 39 of Beattyville.
The arrest occurred on South Highway 421 when Chief Deputy Jones came into contact with the subject.
Through confirmation with Clay County Dispatch, it showed the subject had an active warrant for his arrest for the earlier robbery of Alvin’s on South Highway 421 along with a Jackson County District Court Bench Warrant.
The subject was placed under arrest without incident.
Robert Brandon Gray was charged with:
• Robbery, 1st Degree (Warrant of Arrest)
• Serving Bench Warrant for Court
