LONDON, KY (November 5, 2020) - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's investigators arrested three individuals on Thursday morning November 5, 2020 while conducting drug investigations in Western Laurel County.
Investigators located individuals in possession of methamphetamine, needles loaded with a clear substance believed to be methamphetamine, and located one subject under the influence of drugs. The arrested individuals were identified as:
- Merinda Robinson age 41 of Swiss Colony Ln., London arrested off Vaughn Ridge Road approximately 3 miles west of London charged with trafficking in a controlled substance – first-degree – second offense.
- Christy Tankersley age 39 of Maple Grove Rd., London arrested off Hawk Creek Road approximately 5 miles west of London charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Beverly Duff age 55 of Fount Hubbard Rd., London arrested off Sinking Creek Road approximately 5 miles west of London charged with public intoxication – controlled substances.
