LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Justin Taylor Along with Deputy Landry Collett ,Deputy Hobie Daugherty and shift Sgt. John Inman arrested William Ray Howard age 47 of Texas early Thursday morning February 4, 2021 at approximately 1:26 AM.
The arrest occurred at a business off US 25 approximately 2 miles north of London after this subject was found in possession of suspected Methamphetamine.
William Ray Howard was charged with:
- Possession of a Controlled substance – first-degree – first offense – Methamphetamine
- Possession of Drug paraphernalia
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
