Manchester, KY (February 9, 2021) - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on February 7, 2021 at approximately 8:15 AM Clay County Chief Deputy Clifton Jones arrested Tiffany Day, 27 of Weatherstone Road.
The arrest occurred on North Highway 421 when Chief Deputy Jones was dispatched to a complaint of a possible intoxicated female inside a place of business.
Upon arrival, Chief Deputy Jones made contact with the subject and through investigation it was determined that the subject was manifestly under the influence of intoxicants.
Tiffany Day was charged with:
- Public Intoxication of a Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
