THANKS FROM CARRIE MARIE SHEPHERD’S FAMILY
Carrie and her minor children Micah, Olivia and Paige
We would like to express our utmost gratitude to everyone who brought food, sent flowers, sent gifts, attended the ceremony, shared memories, and prayed with and for us during our time of total devastation from our unexpected loss of our much beloved daughter, sister, mother, cousin, niece, aunt, and friend.
Please continue to keep us in your prayers as we struggle to move forward with our lives without our beloved Carrie.
We wish to express our heartfelt gratitude to Rominger Funeral Home and Paula, Wes, and Tara Rominger, and the entire staff of Rominger Funeral Home, including William Hugh Hudson. Paula and her family went above and beyond all expectations. Everything was a perfect fit for Carrie.
As many of you know already, Carrie was an Organ Donor. Her left kidney was transplanted into a 49-year-old male. He is married and a retired veteran. He was listed for transplant in February of 2014 and is very grateful for his new gift.
Her right kidney was transplanted into a 68-year-old female in Ohio.
Carrie's liver was transplanted into a 58-year-old male. He was listed for transplant in April of 2019.
