MANCHESTER, KY (October 25, 2021) - According to records obtained from JailTracker, two subjects arrested by Kentucky State Police on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 for Criminal Abuse of a Child are still lodged in the the Clay County Detention Center.
The subjects are identified as:
MARIE HERBERT age 29 of Manchester, KY charged with:
- ENDANGERING THE WELFARE OF A MINOR
- CRIMINAL ABUSE 1ST DEGREE-CHILD 12 OR UNDER
JOHN HERBERT age 31 of Manchester, KY charged with:
- CRIMINAL ABUSE 1ST DEGREE-CHILD 12 OR UNDER
Both individuals are lodged in the Clay County Detention Center with no bond or court date having been set at the time of this publishing.
