LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Dustin Saylor along with Deputy Travis Napier arrested Amanda Mindy Hinkle age 36 of London on Saturday night January 8, 2022 at approximately 9:07 PM.
The arrest occurred at a residence off Paris Karr Road, approximately 10 miles South of London after deputies were dispatched to a refusal to leave complaint there.
While enroute to the scene deputies were advised that this subject had allegedly assaulted a female subject there.
When deputies arrived at the scene they learned that the female suspect had entered a residence not her own, assaulted a female subject there, sat down, and refused to leave even after being asked several times to leave.
Deputies determined that the female suspect was under the influence.
Amanda Mindy Hinkle was charged with:
- Assault – 4th degree
- Criminal trespassing – third-degree
- Public intoxication – controlled substances
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
