LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Tommy Houston arrested Danny Joe Hicks age 50 of London on Friday afternoon September 1, 2023 at approximately 1:45 PM.
The arrest occurred off John R Jones Road, approximately 9 miles west of London after this Danny Joe Hicks was charged on a Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of:
- Operating a motor vehicle under the influence – first offense
In addition, Hicks was charged on a Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging:
- Failure to appear in court on numerous registration and license violations
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
