MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, reports that on Sunday, February 4, 2024, Deputy Luke Thomas was dispatched to S. Hwy 421 regarding a complaint of an intoxicated male.
Upon the arrival of Deputy Thomas at the scene, contact was made with Jimmy Ross age 46 of Manchester, KY.
After an investigation, Ross was arrested and transported to the Clay County Detention Center.
Jimmy Ross was charged with:
- MENACING
- PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLL SUB(EXCLUDES ALCOHOL)
- CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 3RD DEGREE
This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
