Kentucky State Police Searches for Two Missing Juveniles in Bell County

MIDDLESBORO, KY  – Kentucky State Police (KSP) Post 10 Troopers are attempting to locate two missing juveniles in Bell County. Post 10 was notified that the two juveniles ran away at approximately 10:55 p.m. on Thursday, May 9. 

Jeremiah Fulton, a 17-year-old from Albany, KY, is described as a white male, 5' 4" tall, approximately 135 lbs., brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a light gray sweatshirt with a hood, light gray sweatpants and black tennis shoes.

Bailin Milliner, a 16-year-old from Shepherdsville, KY, is described as a white male, 5' 6" tall, approximately 145 lbs., brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a light gray sweatshirt, dark gray sweatpants and black tennis shoes.

Anyone with information regarding the location of either juvenile should contact KSP Post 10 at 606-573-3131 or Middlesboro Police Department at 606-248-2020.
