SMITHVILLE, MO - The Smithville Police Department reports that: This is a missing person that was last known to be in the area of northern Smithville. Josiah Papa was reported missing out of Leavenworth, Kansas and has made recent suicidal statements.
Josiah Mathew Papa, age 25, went missing from Leavenworth, Kansas on Friday July 12, 2024. Josiah was last seen in Smithville, Missouri.
Josiah is described as:

- WEIGHT: 140 lbs
- HAIR: Brown
- EYES: Blue
