Clay County, Ky. (Sept. 18, 2019) - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on September 18, 2019 at approximately 7:30 AM Clay County Chief Deputy Clifton Jones arrested Michael Feldman, 38 of Valley Road.
The arrest occurred when Chief Deputy Jones was dispatched to a domestic violence complaint at the residence. Upon arrival, Chief Deputy Jones located the above mentioned subject, through investigation and witness statements it was determined that an altercation had occurred.
Through confirmation with Clay County Dispatch it was shown that the male and other party had an active emergency protection order in place through court.
Michael Feldman, was charged with:
• Violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO
