LOUISVILLE, KY — The Kentucky State Police is reporting that on December 13, 2022, the Kentucky State Police (KSP) Electronic Crime Branch and the United States Marshals Service arrested Devon Wade, 22, at a residence in Louisville for charges related to sexual offenses and child sexual abuse material.

Caldwell, after pleading guilty to enticing a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct outside the United States, with the purpose of producing a visual depiction of that conduct.

Recently, KSP positively identified a “Jane Doe” recovered along a roadside in rural Owen County from 1988 as Linda Bennett.
