Patricia Simmons Cotton, 65, of Manchester, KY passed away Thursday, June 13th, at University of Tennessee Medical Center.
Patricia was born in Covington, KY on March 9, 1954, a daughter of the late Irene (Stamper) and Charles Lucas.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Donnie Simmons.
Patricia is survived by two sons Anthony Simmons and wife Julie of Martinsville, IN and Shannon Simmons of Manchester, KY.
She is also survived by three grandchildren: Courtney Simmons of Manchester, Megan Simmons of Coatsville, IN, and Kendalain Ross of Manchester; two great grandchildren: Kendal Henson of London and Madilynn Jarvis of Manchester; by six sisters: Janice Crabtree, Margaruette Wilhoite, Betty Eperson, Mary Lucas, Charlotte Dixon, and Nancy Gullett; and six brothers: Tommy Lucas, Jimmy Lucas, David Lucas, Ricky Lucas, Bobby Joe Lucas, and Ronnie Lucas.
In addition to her husband and parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her brother and sisters: Michael Lucas, Bonnie Lucas and Geraldine Lucas.
Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, June 17th at the Jackson Cemetery in Manchester, KY, with Gary Harris officiating.
