William Lunsford, 74, of Manchester, was born August 26th, 1939, and passed away Thursday, June 19th, 2014 at the Manchester Memorial Hospital.
He is survived by his children, Johnny Lunsford and wife Penny of London, Delbert McQueen of Manchester, William Lunsford Jr. of Manchester, Dorothy Lunsford Durham and husband Jason of Manchester, along with seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
He is also survived by one brother, Donald Lunsford of Burning Springs, and Florence Reid of Greensburg, IN.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Helen Lunsford, his parents, Thomas and Myrtle Lunsford, three brothers, Arnold Lunsford, Virgil Lunsford, Jay Lunsford, and one sister, Ollie Jackson.
He also leaves a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his death.
Funeral services for William Lunsford will be held 1PM Sunday at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel with J.C. Stevens officiating. Burial will follow in the Hornsby Cemetery on Laurel Creek. Visitation will be after 6PM Saturday at the Britton Funeral home.
