Betty Lou Henson, age 68 of Collins Fork Road in Manchester, passed away Friday January 2, 2015 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, KY.
She is survived by her husband, Sawyers Henson, Jr. of Manchester, and the following children: Patty Williams, Becky Henson, Brenda Smith and Vicki Henson all of London, and Janet Williams and Betty Jo Sandlin, both of Manchester.
She is also survived by the following brothers and sisters: Leonard Smith, Kenneth Smith, Gary Smith, Mark Smith, Cecil Smith, Rosie Williams, Mary Lou Williams and Mae Allen.
She was preceded in death by her son: Leonard Henson, Jr., one grandson, Pearl Matthew Williams, two grand-daughters, Debbie Lynn Williams and McKenzie Brooke Williams, her parents, Jimmy & Haley Smith, her father and mother in law, Sawyers and Marie Henson, one brother and six sisters.
She also leaves a host of family and friends to mourn her death.
Funeral Services for Betty Lou Henson will be held 1 P.M. Tuesday January 6th, 2015 at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel with Sill Lee, Kenny Smith and Don Hubbard officiating. Burial will follow at the Smith-Sizemore Cemetery at Hector.
Visitation will be after 6 P.M. Monday at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel.
