Jean Baker, 94, of Manchester, KY, passed away Sunday, June 30th, at the Laurel Heights Nursing Home in London, KY. Jean was born in Manchester, KY on May 25, 1930, a daughter of the late Benjamin and Mattie Smith Baker. She taught for the Clay County system for 40 years and after her retirement she was a college instructor.
