U.S. Supreme Court Blocks Biden-Harris Administration’s Title IX Rule that Would Have Undermined Opportunities for Women and Girls in Education

FRANKFORT KY – Attorney General Russell Coleman announced Friday that the U.S. Supreme Court agreed with Republican attorneys general to continue blocking the Biden-Harris Administration's assault on Title IX, which would have undermined opportunities for women and girls in education. The ruling from the high court marks the latest major defeat for the Biden-Harris Administration's attempt to redefine sex to include “gender identity” and “sex characteristics.”

Woodford County, KY Man Sentenced for Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Trafficking

ASHLAND, KY – The U.S. Attorney's Office, Eastern District of Kentucky is reporting that a Versailles, Ky., man, Francisco Camacho, Jr., 31, was sentenced on Wednesday, by U.S. District Judge David Bunning, to 198 months in prison, for conspiracy to distribute 400 grams or more of fentanyl and 500 grams of methamphetamine.
