CATLETTSBURG, KY— The Kentucky State Police (KSP) Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT) has been requested by the Boyd County Sheriff’s Office to investigate an officer-involved shooting that occurred on October 15, 2023, at approximately 6:30 p.m. EST on Twin Fork Road in Boyd County.
