RICHWOOD, KY (June 13, 2025) — The Kentucky State Police (KSP) Critical Incident Response Team has been requested by Boone County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) to investigate an officer-involved shooting that occurred June 12, just after 1:30 p.m. EDT. Troopers and detectives arrived on the scene and initiated an investigation.
