CARROLLTON, Ky. (June 12, 2025) - The Kentucky State Police (KSP) Post 5 in Campbellsburg was contacted by the Cincinnati Police Department (CPD) requesting to locate a vehicle traveling on I-71. Cincinnati Police were trying to locate a man with Felony charges for Strangulation that tried to ram Officers of the West Chester Police Department (WCPD) with his vehicle when they attempted to arrest him.

LONDON, KY - London Police Department's Acting Chief of Police Bobby Day is reporting that on Thursday, June 12th, 2025, at approximately 6:47 pm, LPD Sgt. Dylan Messer arrested Mark S. Webb, age 54 of London, KY and Teresa G. Vaughn, age 52 of London, KY.
