Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on July 15, 2019 at approximately 10:30 AM Clay County Chief Deputy Clifton Jones arrested Pricilla Lovins, 32 of Gregory Branch.
The arrest occurred when Chief Jones received a complaint that a female subject was intoxicated on Paw Paw Road.
Upon arrival Chief Jones determined through investigation that the female subject was under the influence of intoxicants.
While being placed under arrest the female individual became disorderly toward Chief Deputy Jones.
Pricilla Lovins was charged with:
• Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
• Disorderly Conduct, 1st Degree
