COVINGTON, KY – On Friday, September 8, 2023, the U.S. Attorney's Office, Eastern District of Kentucky reported that the former administrative manager for the City of Covington Public Works Department, Allison Donaldson, 50, was sentenced Friday, by U.S. District Judge David Bunning, to 42 months in prison, following her convictions for federal wire fraud and aggravated identity theft.
