Manchester, KY (June 6, 2020) - The Cumberland Valley District Health Department reported on Thursday June 4, 2020 that: We are saddened today to report a second death where COVID19 is a contributing factor. The individual was a 73 year old male whose illness had been ruled as a “probable” case of COVID-19 due to exposure to a positive case and the symptoms he had developed.

FRANKFORT, KY - A former United States Postal Service (USPS) employee from Eminence, Kentucky, Christina Victoria Gregory, 33, was sentenced in federal court on Monday, to three years of probation, by U.S. District Judge Gregory VanTatenhove, after her conviction for embezzling postal funds.
DeKalb County, IN - This past Sunday, May 24th, the DeKalb County Coroner’s office began a death investigation in the 1100 block of Franklin Street in Garrett. An adult male identified as David Allen Conversett, 51, of Garrett, was found deceased at a residence. An autopsy conducted by the Northeast Indiana Forensic Center at St. Joseph hospital in Fort Wayne revealed evidence suggesting a manner of death caused by other than accidental or natural causes.
