He is survived by his three children, Grant Woods, Hannah Woods, and McKinley Lewis all of London; his brother, Harold Douglas Woods of Manchester; plus a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.

Dillard had been a resident of Frankfort, KY. for the past 15 years previously living at Wooton, KY. By occupation he was retired from the Civil Service. He served honorably in the U.S. Marine Corp as a Corporal. He was a member of the Church of Christ. He enjoyed fishing, especially salt-water fishing & was an avid basketball fan.
