MACEO, KY — KSP is reporting that the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch has arrested Homer Ray Stites, 63, on charges related to child sexual abuse material.

Brett Reeves and KSP/CVE officer Steve Douglas received a complaint of a male subject passed out in a vehicle in a restaurant parking lot in southern Laurel County on Friday afternoon February 5, 2021 at approximately 4:16 PM.
