FRANKFORT, KY (Jan. 3, 2025) – Attorney General Russell Coleman announced today the Kentucky Supreme Court upheld the sentences of two Western Kentucky women convicted of abusing infants at the daycare where they were employed. The Attorney General's Office of the Solicitor General defended the convictions before the Commonwealth's highest court.

Allen Turner arrested Zachary Cotton, age 25, of London, on the evening of Wednesday, January 1, 2025, at approximately 9:06 PM.
